Dilanka Wijesena

Mr. Dilanka Wijesena currently serves as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at SLIIT City Uni. He also holds key coordination roles, functioning as the Bridging Program Coordinator and Foundation Program Coordinator.
He holds a BEngTech (Hons) in Electrotechnology from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, where he graduated with First-Class Honours, and is presently pursuing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Moratuwa.
Before joining academia, Mr. Wijesena worked as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer. His research interests include Embedded Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He is passionate about developing smart solutions and inspiring future engineers through innovative teaching and research.
